The Freeborn County Historical Museum Staff does research
projects based on your individual needs.  The staff will discuss and
assist you in researching and helping discover information you
thought was unobtainable.

The research is at a cost of $15.00 per hour and conducted based
on your specific request. To receive more information or schedule a

Meeting/Conference Room Services
The Freeborn County Historical Museum now has meeting and conference rooms
available.

The fee for the use of one Meeting Room is $100.00 for 2 hours – each additional hour
is $50.00, with a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the date, and the balance to be
paid before the date of the event.  If you need the use of both Meeting Rooms - the
divider can be opened – cost then is $150.00 for 2 hours and $75.00 for each
additional hour.

Kitchen use must be per-arranged and has an additional $50 charge.

No Alcoholic beverages
No Pets

Family Research Book
The Family Research books are completed based on your requests.  Genealogy and
The research will be designed by the results you are looking for.  We can research
individuals time lines, articles obituaries.  

If you have already started the research bring in what you have and we can fill in all
the gaps.

Cost of completing a Family research book is $1,000.00 with 5 Books included.  Each
additional book is $100.00

for their service and share with them America's cultural treasures. Blue Star Museums is a partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star
Families, and more than 1,300 museums across America to offer free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families from Memorial Day
through Labor Day. The free admission program is available to active-duty military and their immediate family members (military ID holder and five
immediate family members). Active duty military include Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and active duty National Guard and active duty
